Onida — led remote not working | |||
I purchased your onida led tv 18 months back. Till the end of 12 months i exchanged twice the led remote freely with your onida service center due to non working. Now the same problem with the remote. I contacted your service center, they told warranty for this remote is expired so you purchase a new remote. The remote is not damaged. I am asking you why your product is very low in quality, what can i do for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Maine onida smart TV kharida lekin 08 mahine baad remote ne kaam karna band kiya aur remote service centre me dikhaya to unhone kaha remote repair nahi hota aur naya remote kharidane ke liye kaha naye remote ki prise bhi bahot Jada hai

I purchased Onida Android TV 58 inches last year. After 3 months of purchase, the remote stopped working. Many attempts to get the same resolved failed as the customer service of Onida is pathetic and useless. Till now, that is more than a year, the issue still persists. I am not using the TV now because of this as no other remote control is working or pairing with this tv. Even online apps are not working. I advise the customers to not even consider this brand for any purchase. The customer care, the service centres are totally non-functional and do not offer any resolution. I believe the management team is just not bothered about its commitment to the customers. This is one form of deception and fraud.
