for reference here i m provide my mobile no [protected] for search of my complaint no.since one mth i am facing this problem but ur executive only give assurance but no one is sorting out the problem of my led tv which partsi is gone for replacement. is your company take so long period for replacement of tv parts even when the led is on wa rranty period this is not acceptable to me. either you take neccesssary steps to sort out my led problem neither replace my led tv as soon as possible.
why not i will lodge a complaint in consumer form for your unsatisfactory service which you have provided.
for your reference note down the dealers details from where i have purchased the led tv was as follows
