[Resolved] Onida — LED TV -Service support is very poor | |
Dear Sir,
I have brought Onida 22''LED(LEO22FTF)on 13/10/13(Bill No:[protected]) on 13/10/13.
My TV didn't working -2 weeks back(not even ON)I have informed to customer service at vellor.They send one technical person after 2 days from my complaint.He came and check the TV.He told that "some issue is there in board & we don't have spare now.We need to indent than will change the board.It takes 1 week''. After 1 week -He came & installed the new board.One more problem came-Line formed mid of display screen.Finally says, ""handover the TV to service centre-vellore''. I have spend Rs'100 for shift the TV to service centre. They told it takes another 5-7 days. I am totally unhappy for the service.
I ask ''why it is happened.They told it may happened once again also.Please make AMC.
Minimum 15-20 days takes for service. Kindly replace new TV with warranty
