Onida / Mirc Electronics — Ac / bad service, new product not working and service people irresponsible | |||||
It has been almost 6 weeks since i purchased a onida ac in the shah's outlet in omr chennai and the ac is still not functioning. It took them four weeks to install the ac in the first place after repeated calls. After the ac was fixed, the ac has not been working and i have made all my efforts to reach out to them and also the vendor while all this effort has been in vain and all my pleas have fallen in to deaf ears. I have not been able to get other mechanics to fix the ac as it is brand new and it could jeopardize the warranty of the product. Is there anyone responsibel to take this case up?
