I purchased Onida 1.5 tonne split ac on 30 April from local vendor, next year March it was not cooling at all, I registered complaint on their toll free in Lucknow from my number [protected], nobody came to visit us I called again at least 10 times and complained they said we will try and get in touch with local service people and also gave me their number, I called all those numbers numerous times with no response finally April 30 the warranty got over and summer arrived so I had to call a local tech he filled gas took 2000rs it startrd cooling for another 20 days and went bad again, I called the person again, again he did some repair and chargrd 1000 and repaired July Aug we didn't ran kuch coz of rain and coolee season started in September again the gas leaked, I called both Onida guys and local tech again no responses from Onida the guy checked it and finally said that the coils have gone bad and cannot be repaired, hence I have to change the indoor unit, I had to ultimately change it as no local tech was ready to repair and the spares were also available in company only, I called Onida again before buying new indoor again no response, the old one is still with me ran for one season only Was this information helpful? |
