Onida / Mirc Electronics — Claimed bill without rectify the problem | |||
Dear Sir, I own a Onida wash machine which was brought in 2011 and I was happy with the performance. But in last month there was a problem that water is not getting filled in the tub, as water start flowing in to the tub, water is getting emptied via discharge pipe. So I had called the customer care number [protected] on October 24th 2015( complaint num 1900) and they had sent a technician who had visited my place and told that the drain motor have problem. Later in the day washing machine was taken to service center and deliver to my home 26th October 2015. I paid the bill of Rs.3000/- for motor and other services. After that we had used washing machine once and its worked properly and again on 8th November same problem repeated. And I had called the customer care on Sunday and it was informed to me that technicians will be sent in an hour but nothing happens. I called again on Monday 9th nov 2015, no response. Again I had called on Tuesday and ask for complaint num and they told 57944, and after that no response on Tuesday. Again Wednesday 11tth nov I talked and given the reference of compliant num, then I came to know no complaints was register against that number and I have to repeat all my grievance again today but I m sure nothing going to happen. I’ m very sure the problem in washing machine is not because of drain motor simply the drain motor is replaced( as they claim) and I was charged. Now technician doesn’t see any potential money from me so they are least bother to attend to the complaint from last 4 days. Attached the bill received from the service center.
