I brought Onida Fire TV 43 inch in March 2021 and its still under warranty
Display started showing lines on 15Nov2021 and stopped showing picture.Contacted Onida customer care via telephone and technician visited on 17Nov2021. He inspected the TV and said display needs to be replaced wiil order the part and call when available.Its more than a week since I received any kind o[censored]pdate from the company.I tried writing to their official support email yesterday but there is no response.Called up customer support and they are saying they do not have any ETA and asking to contact technician directly.Called up technician today 26Nov2021 and he is saying usually it takes 2 weeks will call once display is available
I invested in this brand considering vocal for local initiative but seems it has misfired and I am being left without a TV for 10 days so far. Brand does not seem to have any accountability in all the interactions do far. I doubnt if if this true across all TV brands in India Was this information helpful? |
