Onida / Mirc Electronics — I have registered a complaint regarding onida smart tv for defect in tv panel | |||
I have registered a complaint on 30 mar 2019 regarding onida smart tv which i brought in sep 2018 (7 months only). Three to four lines coming in the bottom of the tv. So i registered a complaint. A person from onida service visited my house and said defect in the panel and need a order a new panel (Just 7 month old tv). Still the problem is not rectified and there in no proper response from customer care and also from service manager. Very very poor service. My complaint no is [protected]. Kindly take action asap.
