[Resolved] Onida / Mirc Electronics — LED TV not Working Properly | |||
I have purchase Onida LED TV Model No.LEO32HE from a Authorized Dealer Vasanth & Co, Tambaram, Chennai, in Sep 2015. We had a complaint in Aug 2016 there was no Picture and we reported to the Service Center till now one one is visited We require a immediate solution for this. We have the new One to be replaced. We have escalated the issue many times but we didn't receive any response from the service people. We have suffered more than 2.5 months in trying to get our TV serviced. Since we have reported the issue before warranty period we will not be able to pay for the replacement of the parts if any. Was this information helpful? | |||
