Onida / Mirc Electronics — No service from the company for 2 months | |||||
Its been 2 months i have been complaining about my washing machine and they have no action taken till now it's been very difficult as the washing machine is very important to me and it not working is very much not fine to me. Not only me but my family also has to suffer because of not having any action taken from your company. This shows that onida does not care about it's customers because there are thousands of customers of onida who arent satisfied. I never had any problems with other equipment of onida so i bought the washing machine trusting your brand but never knew your customer feedback was so bad. I would like to get my washing machine fixed before the expiry of my warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My remote is a faulty one i have taken it to the onida service station at nagamalli thota in kakinada town they said they will replace it but till now 25days gone by but nothing happend
