The magnetron in my onida microwave failed. The heating was not happening. I raised a complaint, the product was out of warranty. Within 6 hours a technician visited and it was repaired.
However within 6 days the product stopped working again.
When I called customer care they logged a new complaint and informed me that if same defect and same part is applicable within one month from previous repairs, there’s no service charge.
The problem is now no one is coming for repairs. They as per their policy can not charge me and hence they are not interested. I have made repeated calls to customer care and all they do is send reminders, nothing else. Was this information helpful? |
