I have purchased onida 1.0ton inverter 3star ac on apr19 2018.
On 31 july2018, ac stopped working suddenly.
I registered a complaint immediately. I was given complant number
[protected]. But no service was provided and on 22august 2018,
I came to know that my complaint was closed on 21august 2018 without providing service. Then they asked me to registered a new complant. As per their instruction i complaint again on 22 august2018 and i was given a new complaint number [protected].
From 31 july to till date company did not provide any service and not responding to my phone calls. It hase been 48days i am wating for responce and service.
These 48 days were very difficult for my family due to extreme hot and humid weather. The money i spent on purchaising the ac from the company was made a big wast by the onida company itself.
