Am bought[protected] one LED Tv at ONIDA am using 3 months only tv is not working( Voice only came visual not come this is Issue). 1 month before i called service center 1 week no response to me, then i shout that service people after few days two staffs came my home and took our tv to service center( technician say 3 days only taken to service). still i didn't get any reply. am highly disappointed with your service. next am raise complaint to consumer court. I have similar experience in Thrissur Kerala. TV purchased on 10-Feb-2018 thru Flipkart Inv#: FABBNR[protected]. This TV is out of order since 27-May-18.

Issue: Display not coming since 27-May-18.

Complaint lodged with complaint#: 1805A[protected]. Engineer checked and found power box to be defective. Replacement was to happen within 5 days. But it is over 20 days and part replacement hasn't happened. My father has done multiple follow-ups but with no progress.
On internet I see other people also complaining about this model. I would expect Onida to proactively address this. Find the service from Onida extremely poor with no clear feedback.
