Onida / Mirc Electronics — Onida a/c purchased and now under amc | |||
I had registered a complaint on 12th February 2016 regarding the high noise generated by my Onida Split AC. The complaint had been registered under number 1602E[protected] and they said that a technician will call me within 48 hours to redress the complaint. Till today ie; 17th of february 2016 no one called. Today when I called up again after waiting in queue for about 15 minutes they cgave me the numbers of some technicians in Kerala, whom I am supposed to call up. Actually none of the numbers given by your peiople had been correct and the one guy who took up the mobile informed me that they had left Onida servicing 3 months back. I also Have Onida AC regarding service which is non existing, called the service engineer but no response.
