Onida / Mirc Electronics — Onida Front Load Washing Machine not working and no resolution from service center | |||||
I bought a new Onida 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine(http://www.flipkart.com/onida-6-kg-fully-automatic-front-load-washing-machine/p/itmebwhj5gm8rk82?pid=WMNEBWHJ...⇄ 7 Months back and it stopped working 4 months back. My brother raised a complaint with Onida Customer care. The complaint no. is [protected]. I spoke to Vizag and AP service management people (Pullaih & Jitendra) multiple times and there is no proper response. Every time they are saying that the spare part is not available and they are in process of getting it. Its like mental harassment hearing their same response or part not available every two days i call them from the past 4 months. Was this information helpful? | |||||
