I have taken Onida TV model no (ONIDA LED 50 UIC) on 23.08.20 my TV suddenly stop working so I lodge complain on 12.08.21 (Complain no- 2108Q[protected] Engineer visited and told that your TV is in Warranty period and due to some damage in TV parts we have to order the parts from our company. I am following with Onida person Mr Pravin Patel but there is no satisfactory reply from neither him or his superior I really got fed up and feel like harressed from Onida company for not giving proper service in warranty period.
