Onida / Mirc Electronics — Onida led tv not working

Hi all, I have bought new Onida 32 inch led tv[protected] The tv having some problem the picture not shown and some wavy lines shomn i booked complained in customer service[protected]. at last tuesday[protected] They give complaint number also i have mentioned below. [protected] But still the service excutive not attend the probem. again i called more time to customer service. The give chennai (Tambaram) service excutive and one higher officer number. Kaliraj : [protected] Munusamy : [protected]. I have called more to the above two person. they told excecutive attend today that the only answer but they not attend. i have called everday to him but no responce. Then plz tell me what can i do. Can i go to consumer court. please help anyone.
