I bought onida tv one year back and in one year tv gave problem for 2 times and both time technician said need to change motherboard.
I bought tv with trust on brand and with those multiple issues in one year i am totally upset with the same. Brand what you maintained from long time and because of that impression, i had bought onida tv.
From last 15 years i am using onida brand because of trust and i felt like a family. But this time i am totally unsatisfied and unhappy with the service and product.

You can get details with above number in your database. I registered this complaint on 31st aug, 2018 and still i havent received any update from technician.
Hopefully you will maintained trust and brand in near future because like this i personally think you will be loosing your valuable customers.
I am waiting for your immediate response with proper inputs and good result. Otherwise, please refund me.
