I Ordered a Onida 43” smart TV on[protected] from Flipkart and received on[protected] and they installed it after 2days. We paid the amount in CASH.

On[protected], my newly purchased TV suddenly stopped working, and I made a complain on [protected] Onida Customer Care. They replied that they will come after 48 Hours to repair the TV. No one has attended our complain, after two days we had called them again about the status. And they replied that our complain got cancelled and we will need to make new complain to repair our TV.
After making new complain, Technician visited on[protected] and told us that inside some board part need to replace and he himself ordered the same from his smart phone. He given us the commitment that part will reach with in 4 to 5 days. We called him again on Friday[protected] tel:[protected] and received answer as that part still not received will take more time.
We are calling them 05 to 07 times. It is now almost 12 days passed and our complaint still not resolved by Onida, We are just infront of Blank TV.
I want to register a official complaint and i am ready for doing a far as they have robbed me... And they are selling faulty products too..
Please help to repair my existing TV with our any furhter delay or please replace the same with New One.
