I had booked complaint No. 1608C86380387 with ONIDA Customer care[protected]; but I had to call 4-5 times to get the complaint number itself correctly. Initially they did not book the complaint properly with correct service detail (I had booked the complaint for internal movement, but they booked it as general service. The second time I called customer care, the service representative disconnected in middle. Third time, another service representative made me wait in the call for nearly 15 minutes, but gave me the wrong Complaint booking number. Only the 4th or 5th time, the service representative (Vasanth) gave me correct complaint booking number. I then cancelled the booking saying that I was totally dissatisfied with their service. I already have a 4 year ( 2 year + 2 year) AMC with this company, but overall I feel it si total waste even the way they attend customer care calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
