Onida / Mirc Electronics — product under warranty but not replacing compressor under fault | |||
I had a problem with the my ac recently and got serviced after lot of complaints (18th and 21st may 2019) through consumer complaint.in... Following i had experienced problem again... For which i had got response after multiple complaints through this consumer complaint.in from 26- 31may 2019... When they arrived for visit on 3rd june 2019... The technician reported compressor problem and the ac is supposedly under warranty but the company is not ready to replace them with no cost... I have attached the all the report, bills and registered complaints to onida customer care centre... Was this information helpful? | |||
