Onida / Mirc Electronics — Service center negligence | |||||
I had raised a complaint regarding water leakage from onida washing machine in june. No technician visited the house but they closed the complaint internally and didn't bother to get feed back from me. I again raised one more complaint in september regarding the same issue, but this time a technician visited and concluded that a pipe is damaged and needs replacement. He told he would order the part and install in a week. He never showed up and to my surprise they closed the complaint again with out contacting me. The washing machine is in warranty period. I have registered a service request for microwave repair to ggn India service center but they every time an schedule service but nobody comes

I bought AC1.5 ton s183smh-w 007187/004570 1year back from sathya agen... 16th month the ac is repair the service techn came saw that problem... just wire problem after correct it...2 days after same problem again i compliant now they told board problem... this one is very bad ... i think the technician 1ly wrong my compliant num : 1610D[protected]
