I have bought a 1.5 ton Split AC and water started leaking from the front panel.
Spoiling my nights with this problem i booked for repair. Unfortunately i was travelling when the AC mechanic called me. So i informed him to come after 2 days. He did not turned up. After that i booked complaints multiple times and finally they gave direct number for contacting the so called service manager.
He sent out a two young boys to service the AC. They came checked and told GAS needs to filled to fix the issue. They filled it and charged 3600 and it worked for one week. Now water leakage is happening little more after service and its spoiling my health by affecting the sleep. I want them to keep qualified experienced technician for repair and also help people like us by not charging second time for same GAS filling. As its their technician fault of not identifying the cause and just filled GAS . Was this information helpful? |
