Onida / Mirc Electronics — Washing machine not repaired | |||
My washing machine is not working. A complaint has been registered on[protected] with complaint no.1607d[protected]. A person attended the complaint and informed that some parts are to be replaced. The parts are not yet replaced and when i call the adonis electricals pvt ltd, kochi, kerala service center, they are saying that parts are not available. Is onida a company producing spare parts only when the complaint is registered. I have called the head of service mrs. Nimmy ([protected]) and she says that it will take another one week time. So for one month we have to wash our cloths by apppointing a dobby. Is this the service given by onida company Was this information helpful? | |||
