Onida — not repair under warranty tv or not giving response

Dear sir/madam,
My brother purchased onida 14" colour tv from gala electronics, kandivali (E)
But from last 6 months its giving prob. I complaint to customer care .& his enginer came and temporary repair, but after few days later its same prob. Face, now day they are ignore the prob.

So, plz help us.
