Hi, My Washing Machines Hydrofall Shakti was not working properly (problem in draining) for last 10 days and I logged the complaint with the customer care of Onida on the same day. Customer care person told that the technician will come within 24-48 hours but nobody came up to now. You are requested to look into the matter for prompt action. It is also submitted that this is the first time we are facing such problem with Onida after sale services
