[Resolved]  Onida — POOR RESPONSE & COMPLAINT STILL PENDING

Still my problem is NOT RESOLVED even after 10 days as of today. I have raised compliant(1410B[protected] for my onida washing machine 10 days back(19th Oct 2014). From then daily i am calling customer service to know about the status, every time they are saying sorry and giving phone numbers of supervisors and ask us to follow up with them. To my disappointment those numbers are INVALID. I had to call again and again and finally able to get working phone numbers. Then new story begins, i called them up and they said they will send the technician and i waited till the day ends, but they did not turn up. when i call them back they don't lift the call. The same case repeats every day and still continuous. I have called central customer service more than 15 to 20 times, but till now unsuccessful. The main person who makes me disappointed by giving false statements is SUNIL DIXIT(phone: [protected]). Most of the times the customer personal are speaking me in Hindi even though i opted English language. I escalated the complaint many times but no response. Overall the ONIDA customer service disappoints me very much and takes out all the good will and faith from me.
