I HAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE WASHING MACHINE AT ADISHWAR INDIA ON[protected]. I HAVE ALSO HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 2YEARS. While usuing the wash somehow the top cover of the washing area was struck & in process was broken. I have made compliant to Onida Call Centre on[protected], vide comp. No.1506A[protected]tel ph no.[protected]. After of couple of weeks I enquired about the status of the same. I was told that the complaint has been transferred to your Vijayanagar office, vide complaint No[protected] (tel ph.No.[protected]).the person incharge of your Vijayanagar Office said we have made the indent from Mumbai office & yet to receive the same. Almost 2 months getting closer to my first complaint date, now the telephone of vijayanagar office is either busy or switched off. Please inform me about the status of my washing machine.
