I purchased 2 split ACs in Feb'21 which were installed by your technicians. Since, then I've been having issues with one of the ACs which is been checked & repaired 4 times post installation. I'm getting E4 error on it; every-time technician visits, they find some or the other problem which they fix it. First service was called in April’21, then In June’21 and later in Aug'21. There is a pattern that every 2 months I end-up calling Onida for help on the same problem; which means the product has some issues. After the last service (Aug’21), I used the AC for a month and stopped it due to change of weather (winters). Now when i resume the usage; started getting the same error again. I've told multiple times that its a faulty product; please get it changed and no one is listening. I've got 4 Onida ACs in my house and none of them ever had such problem. Now the service center is asking for visit & repair charges as it has fallen beyond the warranty period (a month). This is not fair; I’ve a faulty product and your technicians aren’t able to fix it for one entire year, I might end-up calling you in next 2 months for the same error (as per the pattern).
