Sir this is regarding the compliant of the washing m achine(strome) which I purchased on[protected], sir from I last two weeks I am facing a problem with the operation of machine for which I compliant many times to your customers care, but they are giving reference number and assure to send some executive, but no one visited or called and when I re compliant then they telling your compliant already settled. And when I noticed the fact then they given me the local operator number where the lady assured to send some one but still from last 10 days no one called even your customer care operator bothered to solve complaint. Sir is this your assuernence of after service to the customer? Your executive repeatedly telling that my warranty of 2 years over, and I will be charged for which I agreed, but not ready to solve the problem, so I just wanted as onida whether your assuernence over once the warranty is over.
