Onida — tv service and no receipt received tv stopped working within 10 days. No response. | |||
Ms. assunta dsouza - residence of virar west & senior citizen - contact number [protected]. called onida service centre[protected] to register a complaint that the onida tv has completly stopped working. complaint no. 1510d[protected]. technician sent but not on th date he was supposed to arrive, he took a part of the tv to repair and returned it after 5 days instead of 2-3 days after repeated reminders. when he came back with the supposidely repaired part he took 1500/- without giving the receipt and left saying receipt will be sent later / will receive a msg, no receipt or msg received for next 3 weeks even after repeated reminders. on 25/10 tv went off completly again. no responce from onida customer service. they give a service centre no who are hardly bothered. service centre contact no was [protected]. worst company service ever received. y should anyone ever purchase any product of ONIDA!!!
