I have placed Order no.[protected] of amount Rs.1453/- for Nokia 101 Black on 02.02.2013 on http://www.themobilestore.in. Based upon my order, I received shipping detail with tracking code[protected] and was confirmed Shipping Date as 04.02.2013. I did not receive the item after certain number of days. I checked the status on Fed-Ex website where it showed the item as delivered on
Feb 5, 2013 1:31 PM.

I made complaint regarding non-receipt of the above package under complaint number msco[protected] but did not receive the item or any status so far from your side. I have to gift the item to someone and need it on 12.02.2013. Please do the needful and arrange urgent delivery of the item at my given address.
