I have bought Oplus XonPhone 5 16GB from Snapdeal 1 year ago and after two months I'm facing problem of battery. When I have called the customer care center of Oplus XonPhone they said I'll receive a battery after a month and now 9 months past I am still facing the same issue and receiving same answer from them. I have told them its almost 9 months past if they can't arrange me a Battery than they should return my money back. But I still didn't received any call from them. I have contacted other users who have bought this same mobile phone they are also facing such problem too from 1 year. I won't recommend anyone to buy there mobile as well any product of that company. They should provide me a DOA certificate. Was this information helpful? |
