[Resolved] Oplustech — purchased Xonphone 5, but screen stopped touch response | |||
I have purchased Oplus phone from Snapdeal in September 2014. After one month the screen stopped touchpad response. I contacted Snapdeal for replacement, but they never bothered to call me back. After getting frustrated from snapdeal I raised a ticket with oplustech. The ticket # is [protected] on 29th September. i have also raised another online ticket # [protected] on 13-10-14. I was informed on 29th Sep that my phone will be picked up within 48 hours, but uptill now it has been more than 3 weeks now and the phone is yet to be picked up. I have narrated the entire pathetic experience of online shopping on social media, but still oplustech doesn't bother to pickup my phone for servicing. Please help me. Do not go for this phone, there are many basic issues in the phone and after multiple complaint Oplus doesn't bother.
1. Touch screen not working properly
2. Network issue, Maximum time it showing out of network.
3. Battery backup issue. (gives 2 hrs backup only)
