[Resolved]  Oplustech — purchased Xonphone 5, but screen stopped touch response

I have purchased Oplus phone from Snapdeal in September 2014. After one month the screen stopped touchpad response. I contacted Snapdeal for replacement, but they never bothered to call me back. After getting frustrated from snapdeal I raised a ticket with oplustech. The ticket # is [protected] on 29th September. i have also raised another online ticket # [protected] on 13-10-14. I was informed on 29th Sep that my phone will be picked up within 48 hours, but uptill now it has been more than 3 weeks now and the phone is yet to be picked up. I have narrated the entire pathetic experience of online shopping on social media, but still oplustech doesn't bother to pickup my phone for servicing. Please help me.
