[Resolved]  Oracle — Irctc old tickets not showing up in old booking history

Hi Team, FOr my personal emergency i need to retrieve 1 year old Booked Irctc tickets. So under Old booking history i have given date of journeys and now i am unable to see the tickets. When i called to customer care and given date of journey details they were saying no tickets booked. Not only those 1 year ticket but even whatever tickets which are below 3 months are not showing up for my user Id... I have written 10 mails and they were simply replying about the steps to follow to retrieve. Even i have transcation details that have done using my HDFC creditcard. I need thos ticket details for my personal emergency purpose. Please help me out as i found this source of escalation is the last trail i can do.
