I registered my complaint(Ref No. C[protected]), of
cooler(ORIENT Actus 60 ltr CH6001B Air Cooler) not working, with the customer
care of Orient on March 25, 2015. They confirmed the appointment date as March
26, 2015. Afterwards, nobody called/came for servicing. I called again on March
26(evening). They confirmed the appointment date as March 27. Again nobody
called/came.
I again called the customer care. And they confirmed March
28, 2015. I again called on March 30. And they again confirmed that
"today, definitely, someone will come to address the issue. I am still
waiting to someone to come and address the issue.
Now, I am fed up with the progress and want to register the
complaint.
