I purchased an air cooler arista on 09th april 2019. After 2 month near about 2nd july 2019, it occurs a problem from motor, fan not works. Then i complained to customer service centre on 5th july. After the complain i called prabhas chandan ([protected]) and his replies many time that he will provide the service in 24 hour to 48 hour but till no one called me or no one come from service centre to resolve my probelm. So i must say, such a poor service of orient..
