I have purchase an air cooler last year in april 2018. I wanted to change the grass of my cooler so lodged a service for the same. Orient has sent the executive at my given address with the new grass and i gave him rs. 700/- for service and for grass. I told to the executive that the grass you are using is not the same as the previous one but he changed that grass.
The grass is very low quality and it is not the same grass as previous one.
I called to orient company so many time and they didn't give me the solutions till now.
They give me a contact number of a person by the name of rajendra bhandar ([protected]) he is the senior person of that executive who visited to change the grass.
I tried to call him so many times but he didn't respond me.
Again i called to orient company so many times but always they put my call on hold for so long and after that my phone get disconnect every time.
Now i'm facing so many issues. My air cooler is not cooling my room properly.
This is the high level of misbehavior with the customers. Even i have paid rs. 700/- but the company is not responding me properly. Was this information helpful? |
