Dated on 07/05/2022 I was ordered Orient I-Tome BLDC with remote ceiling fan from Amazon. I got defective item and replaced it. Dated on 15/05/2022 I got the replacement.
After 4 months o[censored]se it stopped working. I complaint to orient electric and within few days a technician Call me and asked about the problem and to send the invoice, warranty card, & the video through Whats App. He told me that the Board(PC) has damaged. After a few days he came to my house and try to change the PC but the PC was wrong (not for my fan's model/it was other model PC). He told me that after a few days he will came again with proper PC but he don't came. After many many complaint an another technician came to my house dated on 24/04/2023. He changed the PC but the problem not solved. The technician told me to contact with their engineer (who serve our district) and gave me his contact number. I call him and describe my problem and he told that they will try one more time with another PC. A few days later I call the engineer again but he told to wait some time. I had been calling him with a interval of 10-12 days but he told me the same. Now he is not received my call. Again I complain Orient electric customer support and they gave me a contact number of a person who is head of whole jharkhand. I call him and he told me to send the invoice, warranty card, and the video of fan. After that he don't reply. I message him to much time but he never reply me.
In this 9 months I have complaint more than 20-30 times on Orient Electric helpline number(through phone call and through Whats app). Time is going on but I am not getting any response from their side.

Now I am deciding to file a case in court against this matter.
