Dear Sir/Madam,
I am highly disaapointed customer of Orient Fans. We have bought a new Orient Fan with lots of hopes for our new home in Bangalore however the fan has never worked properly.
The fan makes a lot of sound, lights are not working and there is no air even at the speed of 5!!!
Is this what you want to deliver as your premium Products. Now comes the next disappointment. I called up customer care and everytime I opted for the English language I was dorected to Hindi Speaking Executive who didnot know english properly. With great diffculty I was able to lodge complaint. No one turned up. I called for almost 4 times. The call centre guys were not happy and gave me Zinal Ofiice number for Bangalore. Now I spoke to Mr Dev, who promised someone will surely come and repair the fan, is not picking up my calls.!!!1 Please advise me what needs to be done in this situation??? Are you guys waiting for the warranty to get over and then come and charge for the services?? Isnt it daylight robbery?? First selling defective product..not turning up till the warranty is over!!!????/
this is not a]expected from a reputed company like yours. Request you to action on my compalint at the earliest.
