I have ordered a pedestal fan on June 3rd through debit card payment from Orient Electric e-commerce website. They promised it will be delivered on June 13th. After that they asked me to wait for 5 days. I did, still no information provided to me about the dispatch details yet. They are not responding to my emails, calls and grievance. I even posted in Twitter, but still no response from them.

Updated by Bala Shiva Raised through Grievance, no response. Raised through Twitter, no response. They didn't call or informed about the status. I have been in huge distress because of them.
