I rajneesh bansal, bought a orient fan from kansal electronics, rampura phul (Aero model, white fan. Amount = rs 4500) on 8th of september, 2017.
This fan worked excellently for the first week but after that it came up with very terrible problems, i. E it started making noises which are very loud. I contacted the customer care for three times. First on 14/10/17, complaint no. C[protected] and share code. 9773, enquiry no. C [protected]. Second on 17/10/17, share code 3117 and third on 27/10/17 with enquiry no. C[protected] and share code 5268. One of your mechanics came to me and he opened up each and every part of the fan by saying that the motor of the fan is defected.
After that he didn't came. The fan is kept opened up at my home. I mean what the hell is this! I got three no. S to contact hemant bajaj:- [protected], jaswinder:-[protected], gagan:- [protected]. They didn't answer the call for once. Again, i consulted the senior consultant jaspal singh from delhi and balwinder kumar from amritsar but he didn't came back with any response. Am i a fool who bought your fan or your # company.
As the fan is reopened, i don't want any of the motor change. I have already shared this post on the social media. The service centre are just the #!! I have even ppst the negative reviews on all of the online shopping apps about orient.
