Since 25th of Feb, I have been chasing your customer care to repair my fan. They've continuously given me new concern numbers everytime I called.

But the numbers of repairmen they provide me, don't answer calls.
Today I called 5 times, wasting 1.5 hours, a guy named Neeraj answered my calls. He kept trying to transfer my call to a supervisor and the supervisor kept cutting my call. Finally the supervisor got connected and this guy had the worst attitude Ive ever experienced. He didn't show the least bit of concern that I've been facing challenges since 25th of Feb. He spoke like he was doing me a favor and he YET AGAIN CUT MY CALL.
TO HELL WITH ORIENT FANS. ITS A SHAME FOR YOU HAVE GOOD PRODUCTS BUT YOU HAVE A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, WHO HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO HANDLE GUEST COMPLAINTS.
