I bought an orient table fan (Desk-25) on 28/04/2017 to escape from the scorching heat of this past summer but just after 3 months from purchase the fan stopped working all together, since i bought the fan nearby i took it back to the retailer and requested to have it fixed, as it is on warranty, he said only the orient can service this so leave this with me and i'll have it serviced by them after 10 days i got the fan back in working condition and to my surprise again in just 3 days it stooped working again... So i contacted the service number myself, gave my details and they said i'll be contacted withing 48 hours but no one did even after 48 hours, again i requested for a service online which gave me a text with c[protected] allocated to amaravathi electricals and shall visit you, 4 days now nothing happened..
Whats the meaning of this?
The orient doesn't care about its sold products?
And what is the quality of your product and service?
I bought the fan for one reason, to get some air.
Now its just siting there collecting dust as a waste of my money and time
