Oriflame India — I am complaining delayed delivery of product

I ordered product and made payment on 09.06.21 for about rs. 4805 with order no.[protected], tracking no.10040540 estimated delivery on 24.06.21. I have haven't recieved till 3rd of July. Please look into this matter of what could be the reason and TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION as they are orders made by my customers and this TERRIBLE DELAY has AFFECTED MY BUSSINESS. And please do email me back about this matter.Thank you.
