Oriflame India — I haven't received my product till yet.

I ordered about 1 week ago but, haven't received my parcel till yet, i've called to customer care but they said, you will received soon or will give you update about your complaint. Now i'm helpless. My order is prepaid and i've spent almost 2600 with you. The customer care executives are very careless, no care of customer and the valuable time.
Please do the needfull asap.

I ordered some products for marriage gift and lipstick color are different and eyeliner are not given and bill also rot recieved. Kindly request replace the products. I purchase with my cousin. Himani Rawat and She is in Member in Oriflame. Company said to himani product are not replaced or return. I have paid 4613 Rs with own upi
