I am an Oriflame Consultant from 8 months .I place my order through online and payment do through paytm and we receive the products from Udyog kendra, Gr.Noida, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar U.P. 201306 Branch, I placed an individual order. I cleared the invoice online. When I received the courier it was perfectly packed, but when I opened it the Received 2 Short item ( Eye blue pencil code no. 31558) against above said inv. No[protected]which was delivered on 09.02.19 through courier. Packet was fully sealed. And there was nothing mentioned on the invoice as well. Packet was fully sealed.out they didnt help me and not received any response from company when I called up yesterday on costumer care number [protected] which person was on call answered me un professional way and replied that the weight has matched according to them and no products are missing. It is really annoying and shameful that a company like Oriflame doesnt have a proper system, which could track the delivery of product. We pay in advance and expect the products and do not have any proof that we have not received all the products. I will be thankful to you if anyone can help me out on this..
