3 products were missing in my last order. I am following up for it from more than a week and I was told that the packet of missing items is ready and it will be soon dispatched. Now I am being told that the products are not in stock. The customer care executive misbehaved in the conversations. No info is being sent on mail regarding this. No refund has been processed yet. My customers are waiting for the delivery of their order that they placed through me.
