[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Complain about your staff | |||
Dear sir I have taken your mobile recharge machine by Aslam about 3 month back, my ro id is [protected], and Aslam has given me all false information 3 month passed i am not able to recharge airtel product, when i spoke to customer care they told me that your id is registered in different name, in short he has given me a second hand machine which is registered in bokaro which is 200 km away from my place now i am not able to recharge my machine secondly when i asked about me activation of airtel product after 3 months they told me to follow some steps in that i need to mail zm praveen kumar, joyti sharma and customer care an i followed that but my problem is not resolved. being such a big company i dont think this is the way to behave with the customer i request you to take serious action against you employee or i have to go to consumer court.
