Oxigen Recharge — recharge of rs. 100/- on airtel number is not done yet.

I recharge in my airtel number [protected] with rs 199 from sbi oximall website first time through online sbi my personal account. My balance is deducted from my account but recharge is not done. I didnt get any sms recharge on my number. I mailed at sbi. [protected]@myoxigen.com and send the receipt of oxigen
To them for necessary action as i recharge from third party website name called sbi oxigen. My balance is deducted from my account and recharge is not received until now. I request you to look into my matter. The transaction id to oxigen services is given below:-
